Hi everybody,

I've push the reset button of the preview camera in the "transform menu" (right panel) when I was at the middle of the timeline and now I've lose the control of this camera. All values are set at 0 at this point and even I target this preview camera to a specific point at the beginnig of the timeline it goes always to : Move X 0, Y 0, Z 0 and Rotate X 0, Y 0, Z 0 at the middle of the timeline.

How to fix it ?

Gérard.

I hope you can understand my English :hehe:

Hello Ge,
from what you are saying it sounds like you have a keyframe on your preview camera, and that should not be possible. So it sounds like a bug. Try saving your file with a different name and quit and then come back to iclone and load the scene you just saved. See if that fixes your problem. if not... quit iclone again. start it , and then on the right hand side menu click REVERT this will bring iclone back to its default state. Then try loading the scene again.
I hope you have been saving your project as you made it, I know how terrible it is to lose a lot of hours of work. :(

Good Luck,

Stuckon3d

PS: i just tried to repeat what you did and its a bug, you should report this to reallusion. that is a serious one. And what i said you should try did not work either, apparently when you save the file, it saves the bug with it. :( Also if you cant lose your work, you can always use another camera as your preview camera, until they fix that bug. :)

Hello, Ge,

Try to press "F" or "K", that is hotkey of Quick camera Positioning, would get back your preview cam to normal and continue your work. :)

More hotkeys you may Ref the help pages here:

Thanks Edward for your very useful shortcuts and link but it dosen't solve the problem, as said Stuckon3d it's probably a bug.

Ge,
You are right.
Reload project or press hotkey seem back normal once, after you change the preview cam in different time it goes abnormal again.
Only one way is as stuckon3d said that using another cam as preview cam till the bug being fixed.
And do not click reset in new project. :pinch:
