I can't see my trees in the display window. All of my speedtrees, replicated or not, old scenes or new scenes. Not one tree left. I see only the yellow outline (see pic), and they are in the display list (of course the "Show" option is on), but they have disappeared. I am mystified.I tried everything. 75% of original size (was 670x19) - Click to enlarge

Yeah, not unknown. Search here on the forums, as there are some "fixes" which sometimes work and sometimes don't (RL IS aware of this, but who knows then it will be truly fixed).

I think for many of us who have had this problem, shutting down Iclone and re-starting it has solved the problem.

Thanks, Kelleytoons. I didn't know this was a common problem. I perused some posts, and I ended up deleting iClone's temp directory. The location is in the "Preferences" section. It worked for me.

Glad you solved it. Yeah, the temp directory delete seems to be one of the most reliable fixes (I'm guessing the things that fix it elsewise, like shutting down iClone and restarting, have the same effect of deleting that directory). I'll try and remember that next time someone asks for help (with all these issues this old brain can't contain them all :>).

If iClone is running, you cannot delete it because it is in use. If you opened the folder through the pregferences, then quit iClone. Then you can delete it. Or just go that location: Quit out of iClone.Find this directory: C:\Users\your name\AppData\Local\Temp Delete this folder: iClone7Temp Restart iClone. Note that AppData is a hidden folder, and you may need to set "Show hidden files and folders" for Windows Also note that "your name" is your user name on your computer.
