I started to render a movie but when its 94 percent, something happened and my computer shut down.
There is video video but when i click on it, it says that it can not be opened or played.
Is there anyway to fix this expect rendering again :)

You can't rescue your unfinished render video. That's why it is better to render images sequence. If there's a crash all rendered file are avalaible. Only the last images to be exported will remain.

Yep, let me add my voice to this -- pros never render anything other than image sequences, for this reason (among many others -- always better to compress as your last step, after you've added your sound FX, music, edited, etc.). From now on render to PNG sequences and you'll be fine (it's a good lesson to learn).

Just about every available Video Editing Software package (NLE) can open/Import an image sequence for editing. Which NLE are you using?

I'd like to hear more about this, specifically how to integrate dialog into a sequence that is rendered in images. I have tried animating a conversation with lip synch in Iclone, rendering as a sequence of images, and then rendering the audio separately as a wav file. I have had inconsistent results in getting the rendered audio to match the image sequence. In some cases it is really off. I'm thinking it may be because the frame rate is slightly different when you use images.(?) How do you set things up to deal with this?

@Shadoesword When you set a frame rate in the export window render , you must set the same frame rate in your edit sequence.

Thanks, Mtakercart. The frame rate for a wav file is not able to be changed, but that should be okay, because it shows that it is set as 30 frames. I can render the image sequence at 30 frames. However, it still doesn't match up exactly right. And weirdly, when I check the wav file timeline, it shows that 1 second =61 frames, and 2 seconds =121 frames. So maybe it's not really set at 30 frames as it shows. What still duration do you use for a 30 fps rate? I have been using .03, which seems the right speed to the naked eye, but I read somewhere that 30 fps in video is actually closer to 29.7 or something along those lines. I don't know if that plays a part or not, but that would be enough to throw off the lip synch in a several second conversation.
