Thank you to Peter at RL support for sending a new temporary v2.26 content downloader yesterday.

I am pleased to report this has resolved this issue for me.:)

Tried a few minutes ago to download content again but still get Update program error report.

Just spent time filling in support ticket and when I try to submit it I get.....

Tried later. Have now been able to submit support ticket.

We have checked the downloader system and it appears to be working fine now so it may have been a temporary issue.

I ran into this issue when trying to test download my own content the other day. The issue was the version it was listed as. So for character creator, instead of listing it as 2.3 i had to list it as 2.2 and after that it worked. Same may go with iClone 7.2 back to 7.1

So i would test changing it back 1 version. If it is an issue with bought content, you may want to ask the developer you bought it from just to switch it back 1 version and test it.

Get same error message as Vidi when trying to download content bought in the Market Place today.
My programs IC7, CC2 and Downloader ARE aready the latest release versions.
No further updates available at present. So content download aborted.
Hope RL will fix this soon.

Ich hatt4e die letzten zwei Wochen gleichfalls enorme Problem mit dem Downloader. Auch die Neuinstalltion brachte keinen sichtbaren  Erfolg
Der Downloadverscuh brachte nur Fehlermeldungen.
Ich hatte es auch ins Forum gestellt - interessierte nur niemenden. (nur Animagic)
Es hing /hängt wohl mit den verwendeten Browser zusammen
Es ging nicht (bzw geht auch jetzt nur Zeitweise) mit dem Firefox-Browser sowie mit  Crome
Komischerweise ging es mit "Edge" und dem (ur)alten Microsoft Browser)

The Marketplace Downloader wil not work . It says wrong version and I sould update ? stupid :All Programms are up to date but where in the hell is the update function for this Downloader ? crazy:
Now,  I have delete the folder with the downloader exe and do not know How get it the up to date the downloader .
I have only trouble with new uploaded content , but I have the newest versions . I have no Idea more PLEASE HELP !
