Granny J just published a new pack containing 14 high-end, functioning watches - ALL with built-in animation.  So what's the secret? Every month in 2018, Granny J will add at least one (if not more) new watches to the pack (& the only place where this secret is posted is HERE on this forum page). So, if you purchase the pack all you have to do every month to get the additionally added new watches is to download the pack again (make sure you select OVERWRITE so that you don't start getting multiple versions of the same watches in your content inventory). Each of these watches have built-in animation (it is recommended that you change your frame length to a minimum of 3200 when loading the watches to your character). Once in the scene, you can edit the start time by first making sure you are in FRAME #1, then right click on the watch & select "edit animation layer". Then select the minute hand or hour hand and use the ROTATE gizmo to place them at the start time desired. Then press the play button & voila, the watch will proceed telling time from that point. You can also speed up or slow down the movement of the hands in the timeline animation layer. See complete instructions for adjusting start time & watch movement speed on the pack page.
