Every time I create a G3 character from an image using the template, all seems well until I try to pose or animate the character, at which point, the arms rotate inward awkwardly, most notably when I try to do a standing pose.

Here's a short video showing it happen. What am I NOT doing?

https://www.screencast.com/t/1G8lXZ8f

And here's a shot of what happens once I click the "Stand" pose or animation.

Any help would be most appreciated! :)

Thanks,

Bob

This is default pose issue cause your motion incorrect while applying the motion.
You can set your default pose as 45 degrees so that apply the motion is going to normal.

Ok, I think I get it...because I moved the points from their default position in photoshop to match the original photo...Thanks!
