5 minutes before the update, CC 2 had run pretty well on my HP laptop. But after the update to 2.3 the following message pops up and the application no longer runs.
Now some technical reality: My laptop runs Windows 10, which requires Directx 12, which is installed according to dxdiag. Unless the Developers have hard coded the minimum requirement specifications according to the CC download page, my laptop's built-in intel 3D graphics card used to run CC 2.2. Both drivers for the graphics card and audio are up to date.
I have reinstalled CC 2 but to no avail... It just pops up that same error message.
Much of my CC/iClone development time is spent on the laptop (upwards of between 12 to 16 hours a day). The laptop is only 2 year old and I'm not in a financial position to upgrade it to keep up with software developers.
