In addition to using bump maps, you can also do a lot with using an image of an elderly person's face as a face map. I believe if you search for "face" on the forum you will find references to sites and programs that allow you to create an "aged" face.
EDIT: One program I have used is called FACEGEN, which allows you to model a face and even create a face based on a mapping from an existing photo. You cannot use the model directly, but you can capture an image to use in iClone. There are also web sites that allow you to upload one or more photos and apply transformations. I don't have the info of the one I have used available right now, but here is another: http://morph.cs.st-andrews.ac.uk/.
I found that faces that have gone through some CG transformation process are often easier to map in iClone. It's a lot of fun and sometimes a challenge to create the right face for your characters, but I find it very rewarding.
