I managed to create a working profile today  The autoconvert profile for unreal named 11_Unreal_Base Character does not seem to work on unreal skeleton exported with animations. I get the below results shown in the pictures . Not sure if its a bug are some thing to do with unreal skeleton . Also just noticed the new modify animation option in 3DXchange when it comes to exporting animations  to iclone its neat :)

Actually very simple . First is important to rotate the Arms to a T Pose
then select a Bone on the Guide (right) and the the opposite Bone on your Character
If your not sure wich Bone to select.  you can also read and select the  Bones in  the Scenemanager.  (left)
eg. Head > Head . RightFoot > Foot_R , Hip > Pelvis , Left Shoulder> Clavicle_L  ect...

Yes thats what i normally do and it is simple. But the problem is the animations are not auto converting to the Iclone skeleton as they norrmally do . Might be some thing to do with the joint rolls not sure yet

When i load Unreals standard skeleton mesh in the 3D exchange . It auto converts it to a standard char . But the problem is its not set up correct and  the conversions does not match , The skeleton is deformed and the lower legs and arms are way off. Is there e profile available for importing the unreal skeleton to Iclone 7 ? . I tried  the manual method but again lots of problems with the legs and arms and neck no matter what configuration i try .
