1) Let say I have object and during animation and I wont to change its color from green to red. 2) How to make a color fade in time of that object ?..

Go to the materials tab and in in material settings you can change the diffuse color, this, as is everything with green letters, will create keyframes, so if you have a sphere that is white at frame 1, and you change the diffuse color to red at frame 60, it will start white and will inmediately start transitioning to a red sphere and will be completely red at frame 60.
