Working on a Scifi Movie for Iclone 7. I have come across a couple of challenges that I am planning to address in several videos. The first one was to create a Star Wars type Warp Tunnel (google "Star Wars hyperspace").

The solution was to create a very long tunnel. An elongated "Pipe". I mounted a camera at the beginning of the pipe and I moved the camera from one end to the other. The view from this camera creates the illusion of travelling through hyperspace.

The pipe is a default prop that comes with the software and I created (here is the trick) a seamless texture that can be extended through the pipe's long axis. This texture was created from real life Star Nebula pictures and manipulated so that they are seamless. Google "seamless textures online"

By changing the textures of the pipe you can create a complete different hyperspace tunnel. It is not hard to change the speed to the tunnel (change the camera position on the timeline). I also gave the tunnel a very slow rotation so that the textures appear to change over time and they don't look reapeatable.
Here is the final result...

I think that looks quite good. Thanks for sharing. I was looking for something like that.
