Yes, the question of this OP was how to do it in iClone. This is just another way and that's all I was doing, showing a way.
Did get annoyed with swooop but that's not unusual.

Anyway, in case any iClone users want more details on how I did it. Here is the process for the cup pouring liquid as I did it.
Note here also that all of this was just thrown together as a test to see whether the idea works so I could demonstrate it to the OP. If I was to take this further I would

     1) model everything better
     2) Improve the texturing and probably animate the texture on the liquid as well, so it looks to flow better.
     3) Work harder on the animation
     4) probably add some particles to improve the flow from the bottle hitting the liquid in the cup

And here is how I modeled the glass and its liquid. The rest of the process is similar to the bottle.

One final comment
Morph animations are  WOW  in my opinion and extremely easy to do once you have done a few. Great job reallusion

Although this is for Daz Studio, I think it's awesome! Maybe someday iClone will have a similar tool.

Mesh Emitter could simulate a fluid animation. I have faced some problems trying it out (although I needed a little different type of water flow), but Jonathan (RL) promised some improvements in control of mesh emitters and materials in upcoming PopcornFX update:

Just an FYI for those interested in fluid simulations:  http://carraracafe.com/news/the-fluid-sim-plugin-for-carrara-fluidos-1-01-is-released/

If a free fluid sim plugin for Carrara is now available perhaps a fluid sim plugin for iClone might not be too far off?
