I had already seen the page.
I did not want to buy Pipeline but just upgrader Pro from Pipeline for a moderate price.
If I understood well, it is necessary to buy Pro and to buy back Pipeline, that's it ?
For 30 or 40 US$, I would have been able to make it but 179 US$, it is too expensive !

The member upgrade price is $179. The full price for CrazyTalk Animator 3 Pipeline is $299 so you are not buying it again.

If that is out of your budget for now do keep a look out for special promotions in the future where you might find CTA3 Pipeline on special offer.

Hi Axle

You remind me of myself when I purchased CTA 2 pro then I had to upgrade to CTA 3. Unfortunately this company will not give your a break.  I recently recommended on YouTube channel that every who wants CTA 3 should purchase pipeline to start.  It was really expensive lesson for me but I got over it.
Hopefully You can enjoy your CTA 3 Pro.

Stop by my channel and have a look around.

Or wait for a kind of sale or so. I made the same mistake but I'm not gonna give them another 179 bucks just for upgrade. It's the company policy, I realize it's business not charity. However, I also think that it would be nice to get a more realistic price for upgrade. It takes time to learn the software and find out what you relly want. Fortunately, I managed to return the lowest version and baught pro instead. The nema itself is also very misleading. "Pipline" should be called "pro'  and "pro" should be caled something like "advanced". "Standard" should hold the name "starter". It would be much more meaningful. Even if you read the descriptions in the comparison chart before your purchase, you really have konw idea what they mean, until you start using the software. It takes time to get knowledge and I'm sure there are legions of people who have fallen into the trap of buying lower version. Marketing wise, I think that, all in all, it would be profitable for the company to let people upgrade cheaper. Many peple would leave them anohter 50 or 60 bucks, and now they get nothing, since people prefer to withhold the upgrade rather than paying the mentioned price. As they say "grasp all, lose all".
