iClone Support helped me out and gave me the information I needed to load the software.  They were very prompt when I submitted a Support Ticket.  Thank you so much.

What was your solution?  I just bought iClone 7.02 and it stops at "fail validating serial number through the internet".  I have internet access, firewall is turned off, and I don't have any issues with the DNS recognition.  I can't load the software because it stops a the validation.
