I created a character from a psd. The arms work, but the legs do not bend even with stretch bind on. What am I doing wrong? Screenshot below:

Screenshot below:
Move pivot point up on shoe as shown. Foot and leg must overlap for leg to bend and foot to stay in place. ie bind them together.
