what the title says.   i am having a heck of hard time finding a software that has multiple human voices.  i see Crazytalk has a few but that is about it.   can you create new voices with the Crazytalk?

if not,  anybody knows any other software out there that can do what i just mentioned?

The voices CrazyTalk has are the ones that are currently installed on your system; it doesn't come with its own voices. On the PC that would be the Microsoft voices, I don't know about the Mac.

One option is to buy and install additional voices, but that's expensive (maybe $50 for a voice) and there are often usage restrictions.

RL has a text-to-speech on demand service: http://tts.reallusion.com/. The advantage is that you have a choice of many different voices and languages and pay for what you need.

An even cheaper option is the new https://aws.amazon.com/polly/. The first year is free at 5 million characters per month, after that it is $4.00 for a million characters. That should suffice...:P

Excellent thank you so much Animagic,   now at least I got something to work with when it comes to applying different human sounding voices to the characters.  I hope and pray that it will sound like REAL LIFE LIKE human voices and not robotic automated voices such as the ones that come with the computer.

Have to bookmark this.  Is it true that owner of Amazon is worth $80 billion something dollars??   god damn.

Well a real person will sound better in the end, because the hardest is always how to express emotions. I read on the website that there is a markup language that allows you to play with the way it's spoken.

By last count Amazon was worth $475 billion...

Allows you to play how is spoken?  You mean like how ICLONE allows you modify the audio after you put in the scene?

Well I was talking about the owner of Amazon,  not the company itself.   Seems he is up there with Bill Gates.  I wonder if convenient technologies like the Amazon Polly is giving it a boost.

I wasn't very clear, sorry... and I misread your comment: you did say Amazon owner...:pinch:

What I meant is that in addition to actual dialog text, you can use certain markers to influence the way things are spoken. For example, there is an option have the text being whispered.

More here: http://docs.aws.amazon.com/polly/latest/dg/supported-ssml.html.
