To summarize the workaround, what you do first is export the head from CC (File => Export or Ctrl+Shift+H). This will give you an RLHead file.

You can then drag/drop the RLHead on your CC character to apply it.

This seems to be an issue at the moment exporting heads from Crazytalk Pipeline into CC2.
I refer to this thread that grabiller started, and our workaround to get them into CC2

Ok for some reason I can't export my Crazytalk heads to CC2 I had Character Creator 1 but lost everything on my computer.
Now only Character Creator is available but when I export my heads to Character Creator a message says 
"Failed launch, please make sure your using Character Creator 1.3 or above. But im using Character Creator2? 
Do I have to change my preferences to fix this??
Please help!
