But I install Iclone 5. I have just sent send email to Reallusion anh they said: There is a 32-bit version of iClone 6, and CC 1.5. 3DXchange 6 is also 32-bit. Version 7 of iClone and CC2 are 64-bit only. But I can not install Character Creator for win x86.

iClone 6 is 64 Bit only, and Character Creator will only install if iClone 6 is installed - it does not work with iClone 5.
From the system requirements page that Animagic linked to:
Operating System:- Win 7 SP1 / Win 8 / Win 10
- Support for 64-bit operating system only
