Hello Everybody,

I'm finding it very liberating to get my characters to talk. Once I got everything rendered out with alphas I animated camera moves and layers as well as added sound fx in Adobe CS3. I am attempting to embed this link. Hope it goes through. If you'd like to see the Production Blog from this project please go to:

Nicely done Tim.  :)

My only gripe was that it was over almost as soon as it started. Perhaps you could post a longer version when you have something ready.

Peter,

Thanks so much for the kind words. I'm so happy you like it. This image was a proof of concept test. The project that we are working on is still in the script and concept design stage although additional test shots are in the pipeline. We wanted to show that our setup was capable of producing the visuals, motion, 2.5d environments, sound and visual fx towards a film. You will find fairly consistent updates as production goes further. Moreover, I have another film which has been much longer in production which will benefit from the Crazytalk/CS3/3dsmax combo. I have a question that I wanted to repeat from the old forum. One of my inquires was about joining the beta team. I was told to show a sample of my work. I'm hoping someone who is in the know can point me in the right direction. While working in frontal and 3/4 views are great, it sure would be a boon to have profile sync, better fitting and further customizable teeth. The project I'm working on will require it absolutely.

Thanks again,

Tim

You're right, that was too short. Bahh, let me see what I can do. :P

Tim,

Wow, this is a great effect with CrazyTalk.  I saw the progression from concept art, cel shaded to 3D look of the character on your website.  Very nice work.  I'd be happy to work with you on making sure you have what you need for the project.  Send me an e-mail to (john at reallusion dot com)

Thanks!
