I find I can no longer create heads for iClone 5 caricatures in version 6. It keeps closing and wont load or let me create them at all.  Also can't change there outfits without all sorts of distortions as well as many other bugs.  I use iClone 5 caricatures because I created many great caricatures for my shows that aren't possible for Caricature Creator to duplicate. I need an un-install for the last 2 updates to iClone 6 so it works right again.  Her are some snaps to show what's happening!

Welcome to the club Russel. there are problems with iclone 6 since the 6.53 patch.
it would appear that only windows 7 users are effected at this point.
hopefully, Big Daddy RL is working on the problem. and someday, will create a patch to fix this... someday.

You can uninstall iClone from the Control Panel the same as any other software. Then you just need to reinstall the last full installer that you have saved somewhere on your system, or on an external drive.

I believe users want to go back to a version before 6.53, the version that started the various problems for Windows 7 users. So what they need is an ability to install 6.52 or earlier. The only way to do that is by starting out with a full version from before 6.53. I always download versions and patches first, rather than using the updater, so I would be able to go back if needed. RL has earlier versions available (software versions are always archived as part of sound software development practices), they just need to provide access. This issue has been around for over a month, so I think that affected users should get some assistance at this point.

Due you have this patch from earlier?.... And can I get it or how do I get it from iClone?.... It's really frustrating trying to use it now.

I have been doing the same with the versions but never had to call on them. You never know when but......  It probably would be good if the could offer up the version previous in members accounts to avoid any heartache.
