Hi would like to add the flame prop to a lantern but the flame burns fiercely and looks like a rampaging wild fire instead of a lamp. Is there any way of controlling how high and how fast the fire burns (possibly to slow it down)

Many thanks

You can control the parameters of the fire, but an easier way for your purpose may be using a torch. You can find one in the Light Tool under Props.

You can detach the torch fire and smoke particles and attach them to anything you like. Or you can simply use the torch, which can be easily controlled as to intensity.
