I don't know if this will be useful to anyone else, but I've seen some people asking for a way to reset a pose. I've noticed that when I remove animation from a character the character stays in the first frame pose of the motion, and sometimes I want to remove all posing. I find a zero pose useful to have in my custom pose folder. How I do it:
Load a Front or Side facing G3 character (male or female, it doesn't matter). Do nothing to the figure but leave it selected. Make sure the timeline is at the first frame, and move the end red triangle all the way to the left until it touches the beginning red triangle so there is no animation. Now go to custom motions and save the pose. This pose will reset all bones to the default positions. If you use the pose in the middle of a motion, it will remove all animation past that point and reset the character to its default pose.
