Thanks for the heads-up, Marc, looks like a modern-day version of the program Serif used to publish before, and if it is, it's definitely a good program because even way back, Serif's programs were super-capable, fast, and powerful.  I don't need another editor cause I have GIMP and Krita, but I still might take a look because I remember the Serif program was always the nicest to use.

Looks like they're going for the Adobe leavers, which is great, the more the better (less wallets for Adobe to suck dry each month), it's just a shame they gave it those 'candy-coloured' icons Wow

Last I looked at Affinity Designer it did not have any swf output.
When it first came out I compared it to DrawPlus, which it was replacing, and it fell short in many areas as a replacement.
I would have thought that it would have had the same functionality with new and improved features but it didn't.
Maybe sometime in the future they will add back in all the things that are missing from DrawPlus and then it will be a true replacement/upgrade to DrawPlus.

I think it´s not meant to be a replacement for DrawPlus. It´s a whole new approach to establish a new software family from scratch.
