What is best format/options to export video so it become highly optimzed for website and less data size for youtube.
I export 1 project and its taking 900 MB for just a 8 sec video which is huge. Also 2 video get export right and left.

Out of 4 option which shld i select

dualstream
sidebyside
abovebelow
anaglyph


Frame size ? i need HD
super sampling required or not ?


Less size which fine quality. 900 MB for 8 sec is huge.
