Is it possible to import sims character into Iclone? (Sims 2 or 3 to be exact.) For animation? 

(I understand the copyright issue and I plan on asking EA personally later on, now whether or not I get an answer shrugs shoulders "who knows?" .)


I can't quiet find what I'm looking for, if I could just export it out as an OBJ then I could take it from there rig it up myself.

EA they wont license out models, but you can easily make them in iclone and CC if you want close replicas of a cretin characters.

What I meant by license is using it for fair use and animation kind of like people that use it for Miku miku dance. 

There are tools that allow you to extract Sims characters in various 3D formats. You could then rig them using Mixamo and use 3DXchange 6 Pro/Pipeline to convert them to non-standard iClone characters. For the Sims tools try a site like ModTheSims.
