Hi all,
I have been recently been very critical with RL on the non-communication about the bug in the Iclone Plugin, that makes it crash. Thanks god I have a new machine with 32GB of memory (the more memory you have, the later the software crashes :-). Now I want to show you guys, something that personally blew me away. I decided against all critics to work with Iclone again and spent one day with Iclone 6.5, CC 1.5 and INDIGO vs. 4.
Recently there were complaints that Indigo is slow. Speed improved x10. I use a GTX 1080 though :-).
So, here is the result, which is finally the speed and class I was looking for.

I am interested in your comments.
Next step is, that I will be reworking my little renderfarm, to split the work onto 5 Machines, I hope to be able to get down to 10sec per frame in a decent qualtiy.
There are a lot of issues :
- as said the bug mentioned above
- the bug in Iclone I spotted yesterday, that you can preview in Iclone only 800x600 and constantly need to check the look in indigo with a quick render
- the issue that light in Indigo completely works different than in Iclone (this scene is rendered with a box that is glowing on the side of the actor)
Reallusion team :
Please give feedback, what is the roadmap for quality rendering.
I think at least that would be fair.
I will be teasing you in the future with the best, that I can get out of Iclone :-)
