Is it possible to import and use other voices than those that come in as standard?
Is it possible to import other computer generated voices in languages other than English?

All voices, computer generated or real human voices are simply an audio file. Yes you can import any audio file for lip syncing to any character. You would be much happier and have a better quality movie with real human voices. After all your hard work it just makes more sense. Ask on the forum for a volunteer/s to do do the voice overs and you too can help them when they need one. If you ask your friends too to help out, they are usually excited to do it. Just some ideas to consider.

Good luck
