Ok more than hundred views and no tips.... I resolve my issue for eye focus first because I discovered that I have to script first the "look at" then script facial then add mocap.
With this sequence , eyes focus on a point even whith head movements. And I puppet the smile only with an Up mouse movement.

I don't know why but I made some specific faces in the 3Dx-custom expression editor. Just a smile when the mouse move down:



When I use the puppet face in Iclone it blink the eyes and don't know why?



Curiously it's only the blink eyes setting that is assigned for the 3dx-custom... 



Can I fix that ? Just a smile without blink eyes?
