I am ashamed! I cannot believe I did not see rampas post! But yes, it is truly very similar. Actually Rampas System is way better! Thanks Rampa for that post! Sorry I didn't see it earlier.

Hey guys, I don't know if I just discovered a new planet, but I want to share with you. It was bothering me how to get more motions in the "Motion Puppet" Panel. I just went to the Folder Reallusion\Template\iClone 6 Template\iClone Template\Preset\Base Motion\Idle and I pasted a random Motion Clip I liked from the other Standard character templates in it. I renamed the File in Test.iMotion. Then I copied and renamed two other files from the above mentioned Folder (*.ini and *.iPose) in Test.ini and Test iPose. Then I restarted iClone and the file was there! Right into the "Motion Puppet" Panel. I wasn't sure if it would work, but YES! I can mask out what I don't like and record. This really helps me out a lot! I have so many interesting motions in several Clips (like the most of you probably do), now I have the possibility of filtering out just the arm movements and so on. :-)

Thanks, this may come in useful I think this is similar idea to the tutorial rampa had posted on the first page of this thread

I don't know what the *.iPose file is for, because it works well even without it, only copying and renaming a random *.ini file from that Folder.

Yes, "smooth" (over a selected set of keyframes") would be an incomplete but helpful step.

Currently you can right-click on a keyframe to change the curve.  ("Step" is handy, especially for cameras since it avoids the need to cut between two cameras.)  You can multi-select a number of keyframes (on one "row" in the timeline) and change the curve on them all at once.  Don't get too thrilled yet...  read to the end of this post...

In addition to Linear and Step, you can Ease-In and Ease-Out, and you can also Ease-In/Out.  The problem with Ease-In/Out is that it results in a "pause" in the motion, so in practice I rarely find it to be helpful.

Yes! I got that far too! :-) I found out about those in/out things, they work fine for many movements... but... you know... Key by key is a very fun Thing to do, especially when you want to finish a Project in two hours! :-)
I'm not giving up... sooner or later we will get that Feature. Well, probably a half year after all those lucky People that own the english Version... but we will! ;-)

IMPORTANT UPDATE:

Of course, NOW I find the original entry.
Put your vote HERE instead:
http://www.reallusion.com/FeedBackTracker/Issue/A-Grapheditor-would-be-superb-to-extend-the-Timeline-Features

Making it official....

Issue #562:  <---------  Do not vote for this one
http://www.reallusion.com/FeedBackTracker/Issue/Need-a-proper-Curve-Editor-for-improved-animation-control

P.S.
Hi, sw00000p.  I knew you'd chime in on this precisely because I know it's a topic you're passionate about, and I am a convert (didn't take much).  Now we just need Reallusion to join the band.

P.P.S.
Oh poo, I'm out of votes.  I think I'll have to un-vote for one so I can put one on this topic.
