I wan to make an animation with Indian character. How can I make Sari or dhoti in these software?

I'm not sure how you'd make them but there are a few available in the market place now, just type "Indian" search in the search field and you'll find about ten of them.  Perhaps you could ask the content owners for some tips on making your own if none of these will work for you.
