Hello,
My company has purchased a premium plus license, and I've downloaded and installed all the files that came with it.
But in my caracter creater, no more than 4 shirts and 1 male hair style are available. How can I either import or make sure I have the content installed?

The free version of CC contains only very basic assets, if you want more then you would have to purchase the following packs:

CC Essentials Complete Bundle  $199.00

Hottest Hairstyle Pack  $49.95

Party Fun Hairs & Accessories Pack  $99.00

You could also take a look at the G6 4 in 1 Empowerment Pack  $119.00

as well as the Stylized Starter Pack  $149.00

Reallusion have already stated that they are developing new clothing packs for CC, which should be available later this year - cost unknown.

Hello Wires,
Character Creator was not downloaded for free, it was included in a bundle with iClone, Crazy Talk, and even some motion capture tools.
Does that still mean those assets are not included?

highskillz,

The "Free" Character Creator was listed as such on release by RL. It was released about a year after iClone 6 and provided to users of iClone 6 Pro at no extra cost. Since it is now included with the purchase of iClone 6 Pro then I guess it should be called "Standard" or maybe "Basic". Whatever it's called, it doesn't include the extra Packs that I mentioned in my first post here.

Correct me, if I am wrong.  The G6 4 in 1 envirornment pack has male and female clothing for G6 avatars..which is not CC   The hair works, so I only bought the hair.

@highskillz
Under the link, everything is listed,
what is included in the Basic version of the CC (free version IC 6 per / Pipeline User).
Everything else is included in the Essential Pack or in Stylize Pack.

If you only have 4 shirts and 1 male Hair, I would delete the CC,
me reload your user account the CC and reinstall.
It could be an installation error. (Very likely even)

Character Creator was not downloaded for free

But it is just as Wires writes. The PC is in the Basic version for
IC 6 per / Pipeline users free

Yes you're right with the purchase.
The clothing is only 6 G (Heidi and Mason) and not for CC-avatars.
The hair fit for G6 and CC

I have checked your account and see that your purchase did include the CC Essentials Bundle. This includes additional clothing and morphs for Character Creator.

Please do ensure these have been installed. They do not get installed automatically with Character Creator and require separate installation. The download links should be in your purchase email but if you can't find them you can find the download links in your Member Account under "Order History".

To find out what is included in the CC Essentials Bundle, please click HERE.
