How do you guys go about bending an object such a box being crushed by a heavy door. Or a kind jumping on a inflatable tube, or a barrel falling and breaking. Or how about a guy squezzing/crushing a can on his hand.

Your guy must be really angry!

Breaking objects requires as far as I know that the object is already in pieces but just moved in position so that it looks as a whole object. Applying physics will then cause the object to break into pieces. There some breakable sets for sale, but you should be able to prepare your object in an external program.

For crushing objects, you may be able to do something with soft cloth. Rampa or Cricky would be able to tell you how to do that exactly.  In iClone 6 soft cloth animation can be baked, meaning that after you run the PhysX simulation the animation stays the next time.
