If you could choose only ONE enhancement for iclone, out of the options presented in this poll, what would it be? Please restrict your answer to the poll options. If there is something that should be in the poll but isn't, please put a comment with it and I will create a second poll. Rule: Only one item per person.

mine's not on the list but its the fixing of the motion system. I am like a stalker with rampa at times I feel because everytime he posts in the wishlist forum I like post as well. There is an issue with animations and stringing them together that puts a damper on most things and actually can make it impossible to animate the scene causing you to have to basically shoot around the crazy blips and twirls and issues. It has to do with the root nodes of the actions not all being the same. I want to see something done about that. (it makes it near impossible at times to use more then one animation clip after another your stuck keyframing manually if you have more then one animation in a scene.. what is a movie without movement..) https://forum.reallusion.com/267809/Id-really-like-to-see-an-option-to-have-the-root-align-with-the-pelvis-automaticallyhttps://forum.reallusion.com/267625/We-need-a-way-to-drop-a-root-frame-at-the-avatars-current-position

Curve editor without doubt for me and other ways to improve animation. It's my bottleneck, more than rendering.

Most difficult one to vote on because for me CC Clothing and hair and Curve Editor all massively important - but went for Curve editor as I think this is my number 1 want

Not to point out the obvious here, but the Poll System on this forum is seriously flawed. Notice how Realtime Rendering isn't at 100% when it should be? 12 Member Votes 12 Guest Votes Since when is it a good idea to allow "Guest" voting? I could log out, vote for Realtime Rendering as a Guest using 12 different proxies, and fix the results as easy as that. Of course I wouldn't do that or I'd have done it already, but Guest voting really should not be allowed, stupid system!

I guess if you want it bad enough to set up 12 proxies just to rig an UN-OFFICIAL poll, you deserve to have whatever it is you are asking for. (Kidding!) Seriously though, the voting is very much consistent with the various discussions on this forum. You may be surprised but most users (me included) don't seem to rank render quality very high in their priorities. Its a numbers game even for RL and it doesn't matter how persistent or aggressive a few users are, the numbers are telling us very clearly what the community wants. Issue of poll integrity can be easily resolved. Example an admin can easily check the distribution of votes and see if there's a pattern of unfairness e.g. where member & guest share the same IP. Rigging is pointless! :)On another light note... I see this every time there is an election.. the side with low votes starts to claim that rigging has taken place... :D

Yeah, I reckon it's definitely rigged :DAnd anyway, polls are never an indication of what the program needs, they're just an indication of what the users think it needs. Smith-Micro made the same mistake with Poser, they ran a survey and on release, there wasn't a single animation update despite that being Poser's biggest downfall. What they don't realise is that the reason people never voted for animation improvements is because Poser is so bad at animation by todays standards, that most of the animators gave-up on it long ago - therefore none of those people were there to vote for it. It's the same with the Realtime Rendering limitations in iClone. The problem being that no one in their right mind would choose iClone as a tool specifically for good-looking output, so there aren't enough of those people here to vote for it despite the amount of whining there is about it. So that's the problem with polls, they're only ever capable of reflecting the needs of those who already use it, so you don't have enough input from those that don't (and never will if they don't fix it). You can tell from a lot of the comments here that a lot of us are holding-on as long as possible to see if they fix the renderer. There's a limit to how long people will keep that up. It's 2016 and we still don't have basics such as good reflections, and no poll result will ever change how ridiculous that is. I have confidence in Reallusion to know they have to deliver on that one despite any poll results. I want the neon signs above the sex shops to reflect in the puddles on the street on a rainy day at night. I want the cars to reflect the environment they're traveling through, and for their headlights to reflect on the wet road they travel along. I want the woman who is window shopping to have her face reflected slightly in the shop window. I'll simply move to blender if they don't get their act together and fix these limitations it in iClone7 at the very latest, it's supposed to be a moviemaking tool, not a cartoon generator. Grumpy rant over :P:D

I'll share a secret with you. I want everything that everyone has listed! Everything! I too don't care much for polls and the "tyranny of numbers". But I know its totally unrealistic to expect that RL will give us everything so I choose to be flexible and to recognize that the various requests have been made by experienced users - many of whom have hit a certain wall when trying to tell their story with iClone and many of whom are equally as passionate about their wishful features. In such a case it makes sense to poll the requests and see where commonalities lie - and that's where there's a high probability of success. Poser's fault was ignoring users - not running polls. The polls should have been run earlier - not when its too late to matter! One thing to keep in mind.. when poll results are consistent with well argued discussions across several forums (General forum, iClone Wishful Features Forum & CC Wishful features forum), it certainly stands for something.
