Is there a video tutorial on creating eyes? I have looked at the documents, but it is not clear exactly how to set up the diffuse and opacity maps.
What is the best format for importing a custom character with minimal pixelation?

Creating custom eyes for CrazyTalk 7 is explained in the Online Manual below. This should help you get started. http://www.reallusion.com/crazytalk/help/CrazyTalk7/UserManual/default.html#link_27
If you want a good quality character image with no pixilation, then choose a high quality source image that is at least 1024 x 1024. The maximum size allowed is 1536 x 1536 but you can use images larger and they will be automatically downsized to 1536 x 1536. I like to use PNG format but BMP or TGA will also give very good results.

Thank you for your response. I have a character with long vertical lashes, but when I create a blink the vertical lines are drawn on the lid. Do you have any suggestions to correct this?

The best way to avoid this problem is to remove the eyelashes from the source photo and use the eyelash template supplied with CrazyTalk 7. You should be able to remove the eyelashes from the source photo in an image editor such as Photoshop, Paintshop Pro, Gimp etc. You can find our more about using the eyelash template in CT7 by clicking the link below. http://www.reallusion.com/crazytalk/help/CrazyTalk7/UserManual/default.html#link_25
