Hi there,

new to this forum, so please excuse me if someone else asked about those tools.

We want build a Virtual Movie Making Studio ala 'Pendulum Studios' with iClone and i was wondering whether there are plug-in's/add-ons or any development in that regard.

For example:

- Driving the virtual camera in iClone with an external physical camera rig like VCS system from Insight (seen on http://www.optitrack.com/products/insight-vcs/) plus the ability to drive real-time mocap with any optical based system.
- Are there any commercially available packages to faithfully simulate real world physics based camera/cranes/jib and dollies in iClone with pre-defined film-back sizes, etc. especially important to simulate accurate camera movements and techviz. (Note: can be potentially build of course with the constraint tools, models could be build and rigged in other 3d packages of course)
- Are there plug-in's/add-on to live link to Motionbuilder and/or Crytek's Cinebox/Sandbox?
- What about importing/exporting cam data from PFTrack or export to Moco rigs?
- Burn in of real-time cam data, distance to object, cam height, focal length, etc.

Any hint, help would be much appreciated !!
Thanks,
Mark

Thanks for the fast reply, a pity though, it has the potential to be a professional previz system, Frameforge at least have real world cam settings, wouldn't be too complicated, but as i have learned there is no SDK or Python back-end too, so no luck on that end too...

I wouldn't mind to pay an extra on those things.
Thanks,
Mark
