Thanks,
I had found my way using the bottom [Load Pose] in 3DXchange but with your drag and drop is much easier. :)

If it's any consolation, I didn't know there was a Load Pose button or function anywhere... We both learned something!  :D

I am a beginner with iClone and I would like also to export a character with a specific pose from iClone to Rhino3D via an obj file.
I am able to export the character but in T pose.
Could you give me more details about 'Load it from the pose library' ? Is it in iClone, 3DXchange ?
Thanks

When you've created your pose, go to the Content Manager, Animation and in the custom tab, at the bottom click the + sign.  Assuming you have your character selected, in the pose you want to save, it'll save as a selectable item in the content manager.  Then in the right hand panel, with your character still selected, click the Edit in 3DXChange button.  Once your character is loaded there, drag the new pose from the iCLone content manager (the one you had just created) and drag it to the character in 3DXChange.  Your character there will change to the pose, and you're free to export to obj from there.  Hopefully that'll make sense... :)

I have noticed an oddness in the mesh though, prob not applicable to this situation
I have tried this for use in morphloader in DAZ studio and the vertices explode
I have used it after loading and re-exporting the obj from other software though mostly carrara
it seems odd as replace mesh works in 3DX on same principal

Thanx Rampa...  I probably should've figured that out on my own... ;)

Send your pose to 3DX with the character. Load it from the pose library, and export your character as an OBJ from the file menu.

Assume I have an iCLone character in a specific pose, and I want to export that character with that pose as a static mesh... How would I go about doing this?
