If you import an audio clip and it automatically assigns lipsync etc..is there any way to remove the lip movement and puppeteer it manually?  Currently, I am able to "somewhat" override it...but the results are poor.   Basically, if you could leave the rest of the animation and just control the mouth that would be perfect.

Hopefully the "standard" version isn't so crippled that you really can't do any puppeteering .....

Erase The LIPS (Not certain if Key Editing is possible in the Standard Version, but it's worth a look)

I have the Pro, but I'm pretty sure if you just do the Lip-Synch separately and then COLLECT and save it as a Motion CLIP, then you can drag it back over the other animation. It's an option in the Pro version, but not sure about the Standard version.

Check Page 200 in the CrazyTalk6 PDF, or do a search for Motion Clip, as it may be on a different page.

If you press the Control key and then click the icon to open an audio file, the file will be loaded without creating the lip synch track.  This works in CT 5, so I assume CT 6 is the same.
