Because elves are typically lithe and trim, and this one is bulkly. Obviously Orcs, being ficticious creatures can look like anything you want, but as a fantasy geek, this one doesn't resemble an order to me, but a bulk elf. It doesn't fit any of the more traditional stereotypical orc body styles or looks.
