All clothing pieces made with the Character Creator, are soft-cloth physics-ready. Also, all major projects embedded in the Character Creator and CC Essential content packs have default collision meshes included. However, if a body shape morph is altered too much from the preset template, then it may cause flaws in animations when using soft-cloth physics. To overcome this, try tweaking collision meshes to match the character meshes.
To tweak the collision mesh:
- Select the avatar
- Under the Modify panel > Edit, scroll down and click “Collision Shape” to open the collision shape editor
- Select the collision mesh shape you wish to edit
- Adjust the collision mesh
