There are many software to change your voice out there. But to me, a friend of mine used AV Voice Changer Software Diamond and the result is amazing.

This is the video that he made and it's awesome with all the voices. The software is really good when recording and editing, in my opinion. You can give it a try.

Ahh yes, computer generated voices....ok but nothing like the real deal.
There are many small and large companies that do voice overs. Some are cheap. Search for them and see what deal you can get.  Real voices are best.
Personally, I think we can ask on the forum for someone to do a small voice clip and pay them for it......????? Think of it, most languages and dialects too..... extra cash is nice. Make a deal.......lol Paypal makes it easy too.
friends and family can help too.....???? or a local school with 3d animation classes or theatre. They too can always use some xtra cash.

Hi,
As others suggests you can use MorphVOX from ScreamingBee: http://screamingbee.com/Product/MorphVOX.aspx

I have used it myself in this film (25 min): https://youtu.be/B4wR1aijHB4 - where ALL voices are recorded by me through MorphVOX. Language is danish (feat. english subtitles) but it should give you an idea of whats possible. This film is featuring 10
different characters and 3 speakers (you'll meet/hear 'em all about halfway through the film), which all of them is me speaking. Nobody else involved, it's all only me!

It takes some time to adjust the settings you're looking for to get the voices you want. But it's far better than just twisting the pitch in Audacity etc. I myself tried a lot of things out for my film above, but no doubt that MorphVOX did the best job whatsoever, so that my absolutely best recommandations to your question.

Kind regards,

Best of luck with this one.
I bougtht the TTS voice pack and got three passable female voices.
Yes, you can pick up they are not real human voices.
I justify that by the fact I am using animated characters.
Afterall, just because Disney hires live actors doesn't mean it is set in stone that animated characters must have real human voices.
Think about it, animated characters with human voices does that even sound right?

I suggest, which was suggested to me... get some gals to make some audio scripts for you.
I think there are some websites with live persons who will make scripts as well for cheap.
ScreamingBee refunded my money, because my voice could not be femailed. LOL

You can try the voice changer program MorphVOXPro (for Windows) or hire a voice actor on Fivver for minimal expense (depending upon length of talking needed).

I use this free ap on my phone, which is called "best voice changer", although I doubt it is.
It's just convenient, free and easy with no annoying ads or pop-ups.
And the files are immediately compatible with iClone and CTA:

but I'm loving the replies from Wendy and Rampa, so thanks from me too!

Best way is to use a gas like helium and some voice attenuation.

Guys usually have a larger vocal cavity, so you'll still get the wrong intonation using air, even trying to sound like a girl.

Conversly, sulphur hexaflouride is heavier than air and will deepen your voice.

no software really makes you sound like a female,  it can pitch your voice up,  but without proper voice acting you'll just end up sounding like a drag queen or a chipmunk lol -  you need to make those S' long and sweet,  no easy way around this! A silk top and yoga pants help if you are into method acting :ermm:
