When I export my video and play it on my desktop computer the sound is really good. I posted my video to Facebook and viewed it on my desktop computer again it sounds good. When I view it on my mobile phone I can barley hear it and my volume it turned up to max. A friend also said she could hardly hear it on her phone too. Is this a setting that could be causing this when I export? I exported it as a WMV. How can I export my video so the sound it good on all devices?

If the audio levels are fine on the exported video when played back on your desktop, then it sounds like there is nothing wrong with the actual audio output.

You can try raising the sound levels of your source video before importing it into CrazyTalk 7. If you don't have any audio editing software you can use the free Audacity to do this. Alternatively you can take the exported video into your video editing software and make adjustments to the audio levels there. :)

When I import an MP3 the voice is good. When I use my Mic and record my voice and morph it, that is when I have a problem with low voice.

What is a good video editing program? I've not edited videos before so I'm not familier with video editing software.

Check you Mic settings. You may have the recording level set too low. You can check this under Control Panel > Hardware & Sound > Manage Audio Devices. You should be able to adjust the levels from here.
