The following are items from my Real Wear clothing line...

Real Wear Clothing is clothing that is implemented as props, typically Attached or Linked to the Avatar's body parts, to ensure that it moves with the Avatar as traditional character mesh/texture clothing.
Real Wear Clothing is a few advantages over traditional character mesh/texture clothing:

1. Since Real Wear Clothing is a prop, the action of taking the clothing off or putting it on can be animated (which is not possible with character mesh/texture clothing)
2. Since Real Wear Clothing is a prop is can be applied to a large number of Avatars (typically only needing a little scaling)
3. Since Real Wear Clothing does not use the character mesh or textures the user is free to customize these without affecting the Real Wear clothing
4. Since Real Wear Clothing is a prop it can be customized (textures, colors, etc) without affecting the character mesh or textures

Disclaimer:

We often compare ourselves to the U.S., and often they come out the best.
But they only have the right to bare arms, while we have the right to bare breasts.

We Canadians have fought for our right to bare breasts...and won.
