I have a project with G5 Gwynn. The other day I wanted to make Gwynn talk...As far as I know LipSync is a separate software sold by RL but the character's lips can be adjusted manually without it, correct?
I noticed that on the Timeline there is a Lips Editor and when I click on it, it seems to have a bunch of mouth arrangements or different sounds. The arrangements are even nicely labelled. Obviously using the LipSync software would be easier but for some short speaking this would be sufficient for me.
The problem is that all of the selections were disabled. I am fairly sure I had Gwynn selected when I was trying this.
Any idea why I would not be able to select the mouth arrangements in Lips Editor? Is this for G6 characters only? Is this disabled because I don't have the LipSync software?
