anybody having the same issue using the content in G2 Power Tools Vol. 4 - Buddy's World in animator pro version 2.15?
When I use the buddy build character, it create watermark in my scene. Other content ok i.e. scenes, props etc from the same pack

Same here, Have uninstalled twice and still getting watermark with buddy base saying trial in content manager - actor section. I have activated all content latest patch using the standard version that I purchased today for someone who i am trying to teach the software to. Wasted hours on this today yet again.

I have support ticket and I am still waiting for solution also. Very frustrating. As soon as i know i will let everyone know

This is what I got from support. hope it help others. Haven't time to try yet.


Please to be informed that our developers have fixed the issue you seen.

First of all, if you don't like to see the duplication contents, please manually delete Buddy's World contents.
You may search & delete by the folder name begins with BUDDY under CrazyTalk Animator 2 Template folder.
Also, you may delete folder: Users/Shared/Reallusion/Template/CrazyTalk Animator 2 Template/FaceProfile/0_Symbol

After this, just goto your member account - Order History, to re-download & re-install "Install.RLD 1".

Yes I got this and it worked. Unfortunately I have now got a message from Reallusion saying there were some DRM issues with my download and that I need to re-download yet again. WTF? Its working now and they want me to put even more time into sorting out yet another "bad" download. I say this as it isn't the first time I have been given a bad link or the wrong link. I have already spent hours on this and even re-installed windows so I am not going to be taking off a program that is working unless these DRM issues stop it working. I don't have time for this nonsense. Get you act together reallusion.

I have just checked out the link to the so called fixed pack. I clicked on it and all i got was bad parameter in my browser. I am not removing the program as it is working and whatever these DRM issues are, I cannot afford to keep wasting time with this as time is money.
