Quick update!
I thought I would have Andy out in the marketplace yesterday, however while working on the promo pics I discovered that his eyes were mirroring each other instead of being sync.
I had the exact same problem a while back while I was working on Olivia and I am pretty sure I discovered the problem. Do not use the sprite mirror feature. I was using this feature to ensure that my character body pivot points and the distance between body parts were both in the exact same place, however it also mirror the eyes which is something that is not favorable unless you want to achieve a goofy looking face which can easily be done with the facial key editor.
There is no simple fix for this issue. Deleting and re adding the sprite will not resolve the problem. The solution is to pop in one of the CTA2 or any eye set that is configured normally, and then begin to swap out each sprite with your own.
I have started the process of re-adding Andy's eye sprites, once done I will vector group them and finish up the promo pics for the release. Hopefully I will have this all completed this afternoon when I get home from work.
I will also be working on a new poll soon since I am almost finish with this project. I want to try something new with this poll. A while back some asked if we could create more clothes for existing characters. I have done exactly that! I have about 15 outfits created that will work with the both the default CTA2 characters and my own. I plan on designing the clothes in 2 to 3 body templates. One for a man, woman, and child or in some cases one for an obese woman or man. The clothes pack will include all the body types but will not include shoes or feet.
The poll will still include characters, so you will still have the option to vote on a character instead of a prop or mod pack. Keep in mind I have a lot of props that go with certain characters so depending on what vote wins, you are more likely to see props related to that character. For example, I have done a Tae Kwon Do uniform as a clothes pack. I also have a dojo scene sketched out for both the inside and outside, along with sparring equipment, punching dummy, wooden wing chun dummy and more. I also have numerous props for a Circus scene. So depending on how the votes go, you will see more items relating to those votes released.
Once again, sorry for the delay with Andy, he will be out shortly but in the meanwhile, here is a short clip of Kung Fu Andy!
Take Care
