As you create them, you'll want to save each animation to a voice script in the custom library. Voice scripts contain animation and audio, see this image in the docs: http://help.reallusion.com/CT_Unity_Plugin/ENU/Images/Creating_and_Loading_03.jpg
When you're ready to export select all the ones you want in the library and right click and you'll be able to export multiple at the same time. I don't think the creators intended us to save animations in a long timeline but to save things in chunks into the the library. Bascially, you should only be saving the current animation you're working on in the project, all others go into the library.

I would also like to know this! I'm really struggling to import separate animation clips. If I create multiple projects for each animation clip then import just the .uctmotion then I get no sound...

I have several animations in crazy talk in one project, but how do i split the as separate animation clips for use in unity? the interactive export plugin just combines them into one continuous animation.
