I have a model where I'm using roses for eyes. The effect looks great for the first couple of minutes. But, with each new motion clip, the eyes become more and more distorted. This appears to be because where the previous clip ends is what the next clip uses as it's base. So, 3 or 4 minutes into it, you can't even tell the eyes are roses. They just look like a splotch of color.

Any ideas on how to avoid this?

Have you tried setting a key for the eyes between motion clips (or after the motion clips) so that they are set back to a more normal position. if you place keys in the right places it should prevent the eyes going haywire.
