I downloaded the app named above as additional content from PPS7Ult.

Could you please tell me where I should I put this app to extract and execute it?

Does get put in the Documents folder or in the FaceLift Program folder where there is an X86 [32 bit] folder made for FaceFilter under Reallusion? OR Do I make an additional folder or upon execution does it make its own folder where the program access it?

You should have an installer .exe for FaceFilter 3. Just double click it to begin the installation and follow the instructions. It will be installed into C:\Program Files (x86)\Reallusion\FaceFilter3 by default.
