I've just downloaded the trial version of CrazyTalk 7 PRO to see if it's going to be any use.
I wanted to be able to create CTS files for speech and facial animation - but thus far I'm stumped as to how I create a CTS file. I've imported a photo and created a test animation, but I can't find out how to export the CTS file.

Nor can I work out how to get my avatar from iClone in to CrazyTalk.

So basically CrazyTalk seems a bit useless to me - can anyone help me out?

I believe CrazyTalk 6 was the last version that supported CTS files. You still may be able to buy that version if you look around or contact support.

CrazyTalk 7 is used to animate 2D talking heads, basically photos or drawings of a face. You cannot import iClone characters into it. Furthermore, the facial animation scripts it produces are not compatible with iClone.

As theschemer pointed out, the .cts scripts from CT6 are compatible. However, there is not really a need for that as the underlying speech recognition engine is the same in iClone and CrazyTalk 6.
