There is a "+" to Add project but non to add a custom prop. Where is it?

I have tiny little issues with Iclone 6 but I am waiting before contacting tech support.
It is hard to track similar issues here so that I can see if someone else knows the answer.
My major problems so far are with the projects that come with the software.

Many don't work as the training videos show.
